Bib Number Pick Up
The following is the necessary infomation in order to pick up your bib number:
WHERE DO I GET MY BIB NUMBER AND GIFTS PACK?
You can pick up your bib number, in the designated tent by the Start and Finish line, the day of the race (25th of June) from the hours of 8:30- 10:00AM.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY BIB NUMBER AND GIFTS PACK?
It is necessary to show your DNI and your document with your Dorsal number that was sent to you via e-mail*
IMPORTANT: If you do not bring the document with the Dorsal number, you subject yourself to a much longer wait for your dorsal.
CAN I GET THE BIB NUMBER AND GIFTS PACK OF A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, you can, but you must have with you the person in questions document with their dorsal number, as well as a photocopy of their DNI, and your own documents. The organization will hold these documents in case it is necessary to see who has picked up the Dorsal.
IMPORTANT: This rule is absolutely unchangeable and you will not be able to pick up anyone´s Dorsal if you do not have the required documents.
WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY BIB NUMBER AND GIFTS PACK IF I AM UNDER THE AGE?
The minimum age allowed to participate in the race is 16 years old on the day of the race. If you are younger than 18 years old, you can present a written authorization from a parent our guardian when it is time to pick up your dorsal. The authorization will stay with the organization.
IMPORTANT: If you do not present this authorization in the established form that is correct, you will not be able to receive your dorsal, and through this unable to participate in the race, you do not have a right to reimbursement of the cost of the registration.
